
Nigiar Sadykova was born in Baku into a family of musicians. In her early years she was a student at the Music College associated with the Baku Academy of Music and performed in Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall and in the Baku Academy.
From the age of 13 she studied in Moscow at the Music School and College associated with the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire. Sadykova continued her studies at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire with prof. M. Voskresensky (piano), prof. T. Alikhanov (chamber music), prof. V. Chachave and N. Kulikova (accompaniment). She graduated from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire receiving a Diploma with Distinction and qualified as a concert pianist , piano teacher , ensemble musician and accompanist.
Sadykova participated in master classes and International Piano Symposiums in the USA with D. Pollack, V. Gornostayeva , H. Czerny-Stefanska. Sadykova was awarded first and second prizes at the International Competitions in Russia, USA, Italy and Ukraine. Among other venues, she has performed at the Great Hall of Moscow Conservatory with the orchestra.
Sadykova worked as accompanist at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatoire and as a piano teacher at the Centre Ballet School in Moscow.
Since March 2022 Nigiar Sadykova is a Secondary Piano Teacher at the Barenboim-Said Akademie in Berlin.
